Natural HGH and Weight Training

This article is for you if you are interested in burning fat and building lean muscle as well as stopping the aging process.

For years now, injections of Human Growth Hormone, or HGH, have been used by professional athletes, celebrities and even the average man to stay younger looking and to become stronger. But these people share one disastrous effect - they could be taking a chance with their lives by taking these synthetic injections.

These injections are very costly, thousands of dollars are spent to achieve a younger and stronger version of themselves and the largest cost of all may yet to be paid - their life.

Human Growth Hormone is created by the pituitary gland and as we age the production of HGH decreases. The decrease in HGH levels results in the body going through the aging process and some of the effects in relation to aging can be to gain weight mostly through fat or losing muscle mass. There is however something that can be done and safely.

HGH can be produced naturally with no side effects, eliminating the need for costly injections that can harm a person. Getting the body to increase production of Human Growth Hormone is through short, but highly intense weight training workouts. Research has shown that the very best way to get the body to boost HGH levels is by brief but intensive sprints, more specifically up-hill sprints.

To increase the HGH production further is to mingle weight training exercises with the short and intense sprints. The strenuous exercise forces the body to relinquish a surge of the HGH. Also valuable to increase the Human Growth Hormone from within the body is eating in a manner to keep the body's blood sugar levels stable and allowing yourself to have a restful and complete night of sleep. It has been proven that the largest quantities of Human Growth Hormone is produced the most efficiently at night during rest.

Eventually you will reach a point of fitness that is maintainable and is healthy. Through maintaining the fit level HGH will still be produce because it has been trained to. Maintaining a level of fitness should still include the following:

1. Intense, brief workouts.

2. Eating blood sugar sustainable foods.

3. A complete night's sleep.

When comparing sprinters to long-distance runners, you will notice that the long distance runners are thin and have little muscle tone while sprinters are very lean and do not have hardly any body fat but do have plenty of lean muscles.

To be a sprinter, training is done doing sprints not running for long periods of time. This is to accustom the body for the sprinting activity. Just the same a long-distance runner will not do sprints to practice for long periods of running. You must train your body to do what it must by performing the activity best suited for achieving that activity.

As an example, a two hundred forty pound weight lifter was able to trim down to a lean one hundred fifty-five muscle toned body by using the sprinter's methods during training exercises combine d with his weight training.

To accomplish a lean muscled body machine that produced HGH as well:

Locate a place that will provide acceptable running space such as a track or an athletic field.

1.) Start by sprinting for fifteen to twenty seconds.

2.)  Drop down immediately and continue by performing ten push-ups as fast as you can.

3.) Follow up the push-ups with ten mountain climbers.

4.) Walk for fifteen to twenty seconds.

5.) Repeat this process over again until total time has reached fifteen to twenty minutes.

Start out doing whatever you personally can achieve and work up from there slowly. This training exercise may be simple but what it accomplishes will amaze you.
